Islam – The Religion Of Peace?

Islam – The Religion Of Peace?

Is Islam the religion of peace ? We keep hearing it is, are scolded that if we dare question this claim that we are somehow Islamophobic, but never being one to care about political correctness, have felt that one should question everything, if you can’t, then one has to question why. So we look at Islam around the world.

I, as a rule, try to stay away from discussing faith, I find the irrational aspect of some people of faith hard to deal with. When one tries, people react in an irrational way, next thing you know you are dealing with people screaming over something that has little to do with reality, facts or logic. Now, I need to qualify this with I have nothing against faith, am a person of faith myself but have found the idea of fighting over something you can’t fight with facts over repugnant.

Today I want to look at Islam, we hear that Islam is a universal religion of faith, the few that are committing terror, they are a small minority, not ones to be looked at as a reflection on the whole. When you question this with polling and numbers, you then inevitably are met with hostilities, shown what Judaism did 4,500 years ago, what Christianity did 1,000 years ago, they scream, “How can you yell about what they are doing now, look at what your faith did thousands of years ago!”

“When confronted in such a way, I usually say that thousands of years ago we were sacrificing babies to gods, we were casting demons out of people when they were sick, looked for the evil eye so we could ward off evil spirits. Back then no one knew much of science, math was in its infancy, no one knew of cells, atoms, virus, bacteria, they bled people to let out bad spirits. To compare then to now, is like blaming a adult for something they did at 6, we all know that the vast majority of people will not do this.

If we are going to look at the reaction of Islam, it is important to see what common thought and belief is where Islam is its strongest. I in GUIDE TO ISLAM AND ISLAMIC EXTREMISM, go into problems with mass Islamic migration, how they change in reaction to the local population as they change the demographics in the percentage of the total population. But here we need to look deeper, why problems come, what are their core beliefs. The best place to find this is to look at general polling of the population. So is Islam the religion of peace

The polling is the same with Sharia, Honor Killing, Assimilation, while Western Muslims are far less in numbers then the Middle East Muslims are, the fact that we are now being demanded to take these people into the US and the Western Nations, many are yelling that there should be no screening or background checks. We see why authorities are demanding that background checks be done, the religion of peace; turns out it is not peaceful in the slightest.

These numbers are not sustainable, Islam is either going to have a major collision with the West, or the West will have to submit to Islam, I personally, as one that loves our freedoms, would rather take up arms then ever allow this to happen.

So how do we fix this?

Islam, to put it bluntly, is in need of a reformation, sadly what we see is just the opposite, but there are leaders that are advocating to bring Islam from the fifth century to the modern era, leaders such as Egypt’s President, others like the Center For Inquiry, who advocate ridding the faith of the violence contained within, just as the Jews and Christians did years ago.

We need to demand that a halt for making up excuses needs to stop, there is no need to apologize for the violence of Islam, to defend it, I would not dare to defend the violence of Judaism or Christianity in the past, that was then, the faiths grew, today they reject this, even though we know this was part of our past.

We need to demand our government funds the groups preaching this change in Islam, not give money to radical groups like CAIR and others that go on college campuses and radicalizes their students.

Islam can change, if it doesn’t it will be doomed, for no one is willing to put up with this type of behaviour for ever.
